Appointment FAQs

When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. This will allow us to check all your paperwork so you can get the most out of your time with your dental team. If you're running late, just give us a call to let us know.
Can paperwork be completed in-office instead of online?
While completing and submitting your paperwork online allows us to optimize your experience, if you do need to fill out paperwork in the office we are happy to accommodate you! Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time to fill out your paperwork and help us keep you on schedule.
What if I need to cancel?
If you are unable to make your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment so we can offer the time slot to another patient.
Are there financing options available for certain treatments?
We offer financing options for different types of treatment to make getting the care you need as easy as possible. We are happy to work with you to get the treatment you need and discuss all available financing and payment options. Please call our office and one of our friendly team members will be happy to speak with you!
How much will my visit cost?
We can provide the best pricing information after your first exam. Treatment is different depending on each patient's dental needs and this can be determined by an exam in the office. Our team will discuss all pricing with you after your exam and explain your treatment and financing options. We would never start any treatment until you were completely comfortable with your choices.
How can I pay for my dental care?
You deserve affordable, reliable care. To make getting the treatment you need as convenient as possible, we offer several ways for you to pay for your dental care, including cash, checks, and major credit cards.
I don't have insurance - how can I pay for my treatment?
Even if you don't have insurance, we are here to help you get the care you need. We have several payment options available from financing to payment plans. Our job is to make sure you are comfortable with the price prior to starting treatment and find solutions to help make sure your care fits into your budget as seamlessly as possible.
What is a dental payment plan?
Dental payment plans help reduce the burden on your wallet. Rather than paying for all treatment plan services upfront, a dental payment plan allows you to break the cost down into smaller portions. We are happy to explore financing and payment plan options with you, please just call our office!
How can I lower my dental treatment bill?
When it comes to keeping your dental costs low, prevention is key. It's important to not only take care of your teeth at home by brushing and flossing but also to schedule regular exams with your dentist. Routine dental cleanings and check-ups can help identify issues early on before they progress and require additional services to treat them.
What if I am unable to pay for my dental treatment all at once?
If you can't pay for the total cost of your treatment all at once, don't worry. To minimize your out-of-pocket costs, take advantage of our flexible financing and payment plan options. If you'd like help finding a payment solution that fits within your budget, please call our office! We work every day with patients who have budgets. We will work with you to find a plan that works with your budget.
